Last year, the architectural engineering department got together and worked alongside the latest machines and robots available to produce the beauty that was the parametric wall. This year, despite the challenge that is social distancing and online learning, our goal is to push the limits even further.

We are encouraging YOU to join us in the upcoming parametric design workshop, and shower us with your creative ideas. This year, we'll be making the FIRST and LARGEST 3D-printed Islamic Parametric Installation, with the help of our department's AR-VR techniques and 3D printing technologies. The theme for this installation? “Thank You, Father Sultan” And did we mention we're trying to achieve a Guinness World Record?

Registration ends on the 4th of February 2021. The workshop will be extending through the entirety of this semester. And we'll be meeting and following up with you during the design process through MS Teams on Saturday's and Sundays until it's time to assemble the project on campus, where we'll be following the social distancing regulations for sure.

So what are you waiting for! This is YOUR chance to shine. Register here now!
